FOX News contributor Byron York questioned Kamala Harris' strategy for the 2028 election cycle:

BYRON YORK: She's reading the polls just like everybody else, and so she's predicting a Democrat victory. It seems like she's doing the bare minimum to stay relevant, if she chooses to run. She's doing some campaigning. It's a little bit late. She is still in the name recognition leadership position in the Democratic race. But the fact is, Democrats don't renominate their failed former nominees. They have done it once in the last 120 years, with Adlai Stephenson 1956 and it didn't work. I don't think they will do it this time either.
