An anti-Trump protester was punched and subdued at a Trump rally in Youngstown, Ohio, on Monday.

"He's got to go on a diet," Trump said when he saw the protester. The protester was a woman.

"He's a fat guy," Trump continued. "Wow. Got to go on a diet fast."

"We all do," Trump added.

"He's gotta go on a diet, he's a fat guy."
