🐌 IBKR Ireland — базовый "наилучший выбор".

🐌 Saxo Bank — упоминают не очень красивые факты: "In January 2025, the Dutch AFM fined Saxo €1.6 million (as BinckBank’s legal successor) for serious regulatory breaches between 2021 and 2023. These included poor asset segregation, unclear portfolio records, weak risk controls, and subpar customer treatment. Saxo did not contest the fines. The asset segregation issues are a serious red flag."

Также лестный отзыв от Алексея Маркова (см. в комментах): "саксо выслали в мою налоговую оборот по счёту, а вот объём покупок - не выслали и не стали высылать по моей просьбе. в итоге я попал на 13% с оборота, а не с прибыли. Привёт датчанам, ненавижу их навсегда."

🐌 DeGiro — тоже есть редфлаги: "In 2017, a professional client ran a 38% margin deficit that was covered using client assets in the SPV where long-only assets were custodied, prompting serious concerns from the AFM about inadequate asset segregation. While DeGiro used to offer “custody” accounts that avoided securities lending, these are now legacy-only. New clients must agree to uncompensated lending of their assets."

🐌 Swissquote — "safe, but expensive".

🐌 Trade Republic — they have the status of a bank in Germany, are regulated by BaFin (most other EU brokers use Cyprus as their base) and have up to 100k€ protected.
