For this purpose, preparations are being made to establish a special institute for racial-biological research and for the protection of our people from all harmful influences of heredity and improper mixtures. There is an increasing need, both in science and in practice, to protect human generations from the adverse consequences of hereditary diseases and hereditary defects, but also to cultivate the racial-biological characteristics and qualities of the people. Our people belong to the Dinaric race, one of the best human races. We must preserve, cultivate, and improve this rich heritage, endowed by God with excellent qualities, by all the means recognized and accepted by modern science.
