Looking for Modular, Customizable website creator/CMS for a personal Website

Hey Guys,

As the title says: I want to create a website inspired by 90s/2000s personal websites. i just want to post some useless information about myself, my hobbies, what tv shows im currently watching, what music i listen to recently, maybe a little blog and so on...

I was hoping there is something modular which also allows high customization, maybe via css?

Is there an opensource and possibly selfhosted tool for that? Only one I know is wordpress but I dont know if its fit for what I'm looking to do

I really dont want to ask chatgpt to make me something. Feels cheap and sloppy

Any Idea and input is highly appreciated!
