How's FilmCraft Codec Handling in Linux?

Have any of you guys tried FilmCraft yet?

I like Davinci Resolve but the fact they cannot handle H.264 and H.265 encoding in Linux without the paid version is a bit annoying. i need to convert the video before and after editing.

Does this thing have the same kind of problem or not?

I don't have access to my PC until Monday so I can't try it myself yet.
