Something is chronically causing drive to lose power uncleanly

this morning i woke up with my ssd corrupted, a frontech nvme ssd which I've been using for 3 years.

smartctl is showing this -

unsafe shutdown: 137,664
power cycles: 146,013

and as far as i understand it shouldn't be this high. what might be causing it?

laptop: ASUS TUFF F15

also can you suggest some good nvme ssd. thanks!
