Paint.net alternatives other than Pinta?

I'm looking for a Paint.net alternative that's as close as possible. I don't personally like Pinta as it's overly minimalistic and depends too much on keybinds for things such as resizing, rotating, etc instead of having mouse-controllable methods.

I want something that's just as easy to use as Paint.net, looks nice, and opens quickly
