i built a time tracker for linux. works reliably, reboot aware.
go-touch-grass \- is a simple background daemon for linux machine, to track your computer's up time consistently across app startups, daily. it stores simple json object, with in mind of history (flags not added yet).
i built this today, just wondering about how systemd works in linux. i use linux for almost 2 years, but don't have worked with it. so i used golang to manage background routines, along with sysd user space service.
the binary is tiny - 3.3 MB, 2.8 MB memory usage (depends on how often you want to the ticker to fire).
