What's the origin of the term "tatty talk"?
There is the term "tatty talk", that seems to mean "chatter" or "gossip". It is relatively obscure, doesn't have a wiktionary entry and while there are pages using the term, they are few and kind of small. Does anyone know, where that comes from?
