The provisions of the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations regarding the privileges and immunities of embassies are clear. The French Embassy was required to obtain the necessary legal permits to establish and operate cultural and educational centers and institutions, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the host country. The French Embassy's insistence on ignoring the provisions of the Diplomatic Relations Convention and expecting to be exempt from the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran is unacceptable in any way.

"The Islamic Action Society is following with great interest the accelerating developments in Yemen and the region, and affirms that the victories achieved by Sanaa in the field represent a major strategic shift that is not limited to the Yemeni arena alone, but rather redraws the balance of power in the entire region.

The war that sought to weaken Sanaa and break the will of the Yemeni people ended in a completely opposite result: strengthening Yemeni military capabilities, developing missile and drone systems, and accumulating combat experience that made Sanaa an emerging regional power that cannot be overlooked in deterrence calculations and alliances.

The Society affirms that these victories announced the end of the era of marginalization, and that Yemen is no longer a weak or marginal arena, but rather an actor capable of imposing its presence and preserving its strategic choices, after moving from a defensive position to a position of regional effectiveness, and establishing its presence as a new force in the equation of the Arab and Islamic worlds.

In this context, the Society condemns attempts to exploit holy sites in political and media conflict. The presentation of a narrative targeting Mecca without providing conclusive evidence raises legitimate questions about the purpose of choosing the most sensitive points in the Islamic conscience. Holy sites are too sacred to be a bargaining chip or a tool to evoke sympathy, and the truth does not need to mobilize religious feelings to prove itself; the Society calls for verification by evidence, not slogans, and rejects turning the Two Holy Mosques into a title in a media war.

The Society also affirms that the field transformations have redefined the value of geography and maritime passages. Bab al-Mandab is no longer just a geographical strait, but rather a Yemeni strategic card parallel to the Strait of Hormuz, which puts the major powers before a new equation that raises the cost of any aggression and gives Yemen additional leverage in any upcoming negotiations.

What is happening today is a pivotal moment that announces the birth of a regional player capable of overturning equations and changing the rules of the game, and confirms that the future of the region will not be drawn without taking Sanaa into account. Everyone must realize that force alone is no longer enough to impose an end to the war, and that a just solution is the only way to achieve security and stability for all.
