For active players, the new feature made it easier to sort through 100 or more characters, and they were pleased with the change. However, there was a different issue that arose: players who did not have a large number of similar characters and played on a free-to-play model were dissatisfied. We understood that our actions had satisfied a significant portion of the important players who were valuable to the project and could be pleased, but we also recognized that players who played on a free-to-play model required special attention and love. It was decided to satisfy everyone, and now any player can view and choose pets as they wish.
