Why did the outage take so long?
The telegram API handler, as well as half of the infrastructure, was located in India due to the large number of players from this country. As you recently know, telegrams and all services were blocked in India, which came as a surprise to us. Because of this, we had to completely migrate to servers in another country and duplicate our infrastructure in another country, so that in the event of force majeure we could quickly switch to another connection.
