The second day of the annual London Halal Forum began at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre with a traditional Palestinian breakfast celebrating Palestinian heritage and cuisine.

Organized by Halal360, a joint initiative of the ICCD and HPDC, under the theme "Halal Tayyib for Humanity," the forum brings together entrepreneurs and investors interested in the global halal economy.

The breakfast featured hummus, za'atar, and falafel, highlighting the connection between Palestinian culinary heritage and economic solidarity.

Speaker Bilal Erdoğan highlighted the ongoing genocide in Gaza and Israel's illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank, urging for strategic support to strengthen Palestinian producers and startups.

Palestinian Ambassador to the UK Husam Zomlot also addressed the forum, highlighting attacks by "Israeli settler terrorists" on Palestinian olive harvests, as well as decades of economic warfare.
