One year into the US-backed Gaza ceasefire, which took effect on October 10, 2025, the Israeli occupation continues its genocidal war on the Palestinian enclave, killing hundreds and restricting the entry of desperately needed aid, with no pause in the attacks or the suffering of over two million Palestinians.

Most of the goals outlined in Trump’s so-called 20-point plan to end Israel’s genocide in Gaza have never materialized on the ground. Despite continued Israeli attacks, the United States insists that the ceasefire remains in effect.
