More than 100 humanitarian, human rights, and civil society organisations issued a joint statement saying that the Gaza ceasefire has failed to provide meaningful protection for Palestinians.

The organisations cited continued killings and injuries, restrictions on humanitarian assistance and reconstruction materials, widespread displacement, the collapse of essential services, and more than 1,400 Palestinians killed since the ceasefire took effect, including at least 327 children.
