Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar boasted in a video on Thursday about Israel forcing British diplomats out of the UK consulate in occupied Jerusalem, in retaliation for Britain's sanctions on illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank.

Britain has agreed to strip the consulate of its consular status and withdraw its consul general and about 20 diplomats. It has also dropped its threat to expel 27 Israeli diplomats from London if Israel moved in such countermeasures.
