🗣 More information:  The Nobel Prize in Physics for 2025 was awarded to three prominent physicists recognized for their work in superconducting quantum circuits, once again highlighting the significance of observability and the application of quantum mechanics in macroscopic dimensions for everyone. In this presentation, after a brief introduction to quantum technologies and the importance of the subject, we will discuss the phenomenon of tunneling and energy quantization in a Josephson junction. Finally, we will examine the applications derived from these experiments and their significance, which led to the Nobel Prize being awarded.
