زبان پریشی رسانشی (Conduction Aphasia)

نوع کمتر متداول زبان پریشی وجود دارد که با آسیب به راه کمانی همراه است و آن را زبان پریشی رسانشی می‌نامند. افرادی که مبتلا به این نوع اختلال هستند، بعضی اوقات واژه ها را غلط تلفظ میکنند ولی عموماً مشکل تولیدی ندارند.
صحبت آنان سلیس است. درک واژه های گفتاری آنان در حد عادی است. با وجود این، تکرار یک واژه یا عبارت که کسی دیگر گفته باشد توسط این افراد، مشکل شدیدی محسوب می شود.

For example, if they want to repeat words like "base" or "wash," they might say forms like "vaysee" or "fosh." What individuals with this type of aphasia hear and understand is not fully or correctly transmitted to the speech production area of brain.

دشواری در صحبت کردن می تواند همراه با دشواری در نوشتن باشد. آسیب دیدن درک شنیداری همراه با دشواری در خواندن است.
This dominance of the left hemisphere of brain over language has also been shown by others in linguistic and brain research.
