On 26 December 2025, the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) was registered as a Permanent Arbitral Institution by the Russian Ministry of Justice, enabling it to administer international commercial arbitrations seated in Russia and certain corporate disputes.

The same status has also been granted to HKIAC, VIAC, SIAC, ICC, and CRCICA.
