🇷🇺🇦🇲 A Russian court has refused to recognize and enforce a ruling of an Armenian court imposing an arrest on the property and funds of an individual debtor in his Armenian bankruptcy case. The court found that Russia has no treaty obligation to recognize this category of Armenian court act, and separately held that interim measures such as an asset freeze fall outside the scope of judicial assistance in any event (decision dated 16.09.2026 in Case No. A40-157026/2026).
