๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ According to a law published today, Russia does not recognise judgements issued by international criminal courts if the jurisdiction of such a court is not based on an international treaty to which Russia is a party, nor on Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ณ(see Federal Constitutional Law dated December 29, 2025, No. 8-FKZ).
