In Case No. ะ53-354/2025, a cassation court upheld a lower courtโ€™s decision refusing to recognize and enforce in Russia ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ a decision issued by a court of the Republic of Moldova ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฉ on the grounds that the defendant had not been properly served with notice of the legal proceedings.

In Cases No. ะ40-195203/2025 and ะ40-154875/2025, decisions issued by courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan ๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ฟ and the Republic of Uzbekistan ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฟ were recognized and enforced in Russia ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ by the Arbitrazh Court of Moscow.
