๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ The Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation has appealed the court order that restrained a ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช Germany-based investor from pursuing an investment claim against the Russian Federation.

The case will be considered by a cassation court on October 16, 2025.
