An Appeal To Pragmatism The White House has approved the plan to eliminate the 60-day grace period H-1B visas have to stay in the country and look for a job after being fired or laid off,
The DHS has put out a new rule which will require E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, H-1B1, L-1, O-1, and TN visas to depart immediately if they lose their job or are fired, ending the 60-day grace period, created by Obama, all of them enjoyed for nearly 10 years.
