An Appeal To Pragmatism Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has put out a new national enforcement plan to focus on real discrimination
This EEOC national enforcement plan aligns with the DOJ opinion that disparate-impact guidelines are discriminatory and unconstitutional; instead we will take up cases of actual unfairness, including against companies for their visa practices or LGBT privileges.
