Hi! We're AVS — an international EdTech platform with online courses for accountants. Over 300,000 clients across Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan, and Brazil. We're looking for a Chief Marketing Officer — someone who will build the marketing department from the ground up and lead the company's next phase of growth.

The core objective is to lead the marketing function, build the team, and grow monthly revenue to $1M. You'll be scaling performance channels, launching SEO, and building out the marketing department — with full decision-making authority trusted by the founder.

💼 What We Offer:
- Salary of $8,000/month (base + performance bonuses upon hitting targets)
- Remote work with a flexible schedule. Work from home (anywhere in the world), from our Kyiv office.
- 24 days of paid vacation plus paid sick leave.
- Consistent, on-time pay — we've never missed or delayed a paycheck in the company's entire history.
- Direct access to the founder — your ideas will be heard and acted on.
- Professional development — internal training + external courses and coaching covered.
