We’re looking for Performance Ads Manager
📍Remote
https://www.scaledigital.com.au — Melbourne-based media agency. DTC, B2B SaaS, local services, and mobile apps

Your role
- Execute campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Bing
- Work from detailed briefs in Notion (budgets, audiences, creatives, copy, structures provided)
- Handle ad launches, keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign QA.
- Collaborate via Slack, Gmail, and Google Drive (with 2–3h AEST overlap)

About you
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Bing Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Merchant Centre, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Shopify, Wordpress
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in meeting deadlines.
- Fluent English to avoid miscommunication
- Growth mindset: open to learning and adapting to agency processes

Comp & terms
Salary: $3000+/month
Contractor format (no formal paid leave; long-term focus)
