User acquisition manager

We are primarily looking for specialists in Google Search and UAC, but we are also open to candidates with strong experience in running campaigns across various networks (for example TikTok🔥). The work format (office or remote) will be discussed individually with each candidate.

Responsibilities (approximately):
▪Launch, manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns
▪Work primarily with ad campaigns for mobile applications, with budgets of $100k+/month in Tier 3+ markets: India, Asia (excluding China), Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa;
▪Develop new approaches to achieve KPIs for volume and ROI;
▪Effectively allocate budgets across countries and campaigns while meeting KPIs.

What we value:

▪Expertise in Google Paid Search (experience with video formats is a plus);
▪Experience working with web and mobile traffic (experience with other traffic sources is plus);
▪A proven track record in a successful agency serving multiple clients; experience in the fintech industry is a bonus. We will also consider candidates from gaming or other high-expertise verticals;
▪A minimum of 3 years of experience (preferably 5 years or more)
▪Analytical mindset;
▪Strong proficiency in English for verbal and written communication, as well as reading
documentation;
▪Results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving ROI KPIs and meeting spending targets.
