Cop killer ambushed Philly police officers killing one. In an attempt to play the insane card the world should know this. After shooting the cops he ran into the alley and called 911 saying the shooter was down. He knew what he was doing. He tried to lure more cops into another trap. This city worker, who was charged with homicide before, knew exactly what he was doing last night.
