The Stop Nick Shirley Act is a blatant violation of the First Amendment, a direct legislative attack on free speech by Sacramento. And Rob Bonta? Silent, not a word.
He let the legislature do its dirty work, Newsom signed it, and now California has a law on the books that violates the Constitution. That's unacceptable.
