NEW: Five illegal aliens are in USBP custody after the U.S. Coast Guard intercepted a 43-foot makeshift vessel in the waters near Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, carrying a staggering 7,249 lbs. of cocaine. 

Four Venezuelan nationals and one Colombian national will be charged, processed, and deported.
