This happened yesterday around 5pm & it happened on the corner of Santa Monica Blvd & Westwood Blvd. This homeless man in a wheelchair with no legs fell out of his wheelchair & he hit the sidewalk. He passed out & the police came. The police officers tried to wake him up but couldn't. One of the police officers ran to his police vehicle & came back with narcan & the police officer put it up the homeless man's nose a couple of times. The homeless man was overdosing on some type of drug. So, The police officer was rubbing the homeless man's chest a couple of times to wake him up.
