A Chicago judge gave four years to the driver who hit an Uber Eats courier in the street and left her toddler strapped in the back seat.

Jennifer Kelleher, 27, of Brookfield, was standing outside her car on a delivery in the 5000 block of West Washington in Chicago’s Austin community about 5:45 p.m. Jan. 27, 2023.

Her almost-2-year-old son was buckled in the rear. Lydale Durr, 49, never slowed, prosecutors said, citing security video.

He drove off in a 2012 Buick and tried to stash it in an alley. His license had been revoked since January 2002.

He pleaded guilty to failure to report a f@tal accident. Judge William Gamboney imposed four years.

With jail credit and Illinois’ 50 percent cut, CWB Chicago reports he is slated out in September 2027.
