BREAKING OVERNIGHT: At least three people are dead after a shooting early Sunday morning on Detroit’s west side, police said.

A shooting early Sunday morning on Detroit’s west side has left at least 7 people shot, with 3 of the victims reportedly dead. The victims who died were reportedly ages 30 and older, while the other victims were transported for treatment.

The shooting happened around 7 a.m. on Prest Street between Chalfonte and Eaton Avenue, according to police. Investigators are still working to determine exactly what happened and what led up to the shooting.
