⚡️PLEXUS Discord Moderator Recruitment

We are currently seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Discord moderators. As a moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and safe environment for our community members.

✅Responsibilities:
- Monitor chat and voice channels to ensure adherence to community guidelines
- Enforce rules and handle violations with professionalism and empathy
- Respond to user reports and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with other moderators to improve community engagement and growth

✅Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience in community moderation is preferred but not required
- Must have a clear understanding of community guidelines and rules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Active and reliable presence on Discord
