The daily seed caps are fixed. 1,000 Berrybuds, 2,500 Clovers, 5,000 Sunbuds — for the entire world, every day, reset at midnight UTC. They do not scale with the player count. They never have.

At 500 players, that was two Berrybuds a day for each of you.
At 2,000, it's half of one.

The farm doesn't get bigger. The queue does. ⏳
