🌍 Country: United Kingdom

🎓 Fields:
Cultural Studies, Media Studies, Organisational Studies, Education, Performing Arts

Are you passionate about the transformative power of drama and eager to understand how theatrical training can shape organisational culture and professional development across diverse sectors?

This PhD project investigates how dramatic pedagogies—methods and approaches derived from theatrical training—shape work, culture, and performance within organisations. While drama-based learning has long been valued for its role in personal and professional development, there is still limited understanding of how these skills are enacted in organisational contexts and how they contribute to broader social and cultural outcomes.
