5. Able to manage time effectively between internship tasks and personal activities.
6. Willing to actively participate and contribute regularly in team discussions.
7. Professional, respectful, and able to work well in a team environment.
8. Not currently in a busy period (such as final exams or other demanding commitments) to ensure full focus on internship responsibilities.
9. Not involved in any other similar menfess-related work or internship during this period.
10. Open to receiving feedback, suggestions, and committed to personal and team improvement.
