/v2/posting/fbs/act/list : Added a method for getting list of shipment certificates.

/v2/posting/fbs/digital/act/document-sign : Added a method for electronic signing of shipment documents.

/v2/posting/fbs/digital/act/get-pdf : Added description to the method that it returns shipment document type. Added the `doc_type` parameter to the method request.
