Method : What changed

/v1/posting/carriage-available/list : Added the `mandatory_postings_count`, `mandatory_packaged_count`, `cutoff_at` and `warehouse_timezone` fields to the method response.

/v3/posting/fbs/list : Updated the `result.postings.cancellation.cancellation_initiator` and `result.postings.cancellation.cancellation_type` fields descriptions in the method response.

/v3/posting/fbs/get : Updated the `result.cancellation.cancellation_initiator` and `result.cancellation.cancellation_type` fields descriptions in the method response.
