Some people reported that their LinkedIn account was blocked due to their geography. ❌
We now apply applying without LinkedIn using your PDF resume but it is only allowed for countries where LinkedIn is not legally allowed.

To apply: go to outtalent.com, click "Apply to Join" and choose "I don't have a LinkedIn profile".

🚀 Plan ahead for the hiring season, Outtalent Wonder is receiving applications!

Wonder is our female-only, 6-month online program for women that graduate in 2023/2024 from Computer Science degree.

📄 Our program is focused on ramping up knowledge of data structures and algorithms and notions of systems designs through live seminars, one-on-one mock interviews, mentoring sessions, and weekly check-in meetings. Using our systematic approach, ongoing support, and guidance, we help female developers start new lives abroad as Software Engineers.

We are happy to share the video of our offsite - our first international in-person meetup!

Through Outtalent, our graduates supported each other on bad days, toasted each other's victories on the good days, and in the end, shared the same life-changing event. We believe this is the foundation of Outtalent, and one of the goals of the offsite was to celebrate it.

With over 150 received offers, Outtalent has helped 70 people get jobs at companies they wanted to work at. We have 50+ fellows enrolled now, navigating the challenges of the current market, putting in the hours, and never losing track of their goals. We hope having moments like this ahead can fuel their hard work.
