Создать такой можно с таким алгоритмом:
1⃣генерируем код в ChatGPT (описываем ему в деталях задачку)
2⃣создаём на компьютере папку с файлом index и расширением .html
3⃣вставляем туда наш код
4⃣загружаем папку на https://app.netlify.com/drop
5⃣если всё правильно, получаем собственный тренажёр
Промпт у каждого будет индивидуальный, но можно попробовать что-то типа
