Good Will — not charity, not "soft power" in the Western sense. It is:

• Action without expectation of return
• Authority earned through deeds, not propaganda
• Ethics as infrastructure — like roads and bridges, but for trust

Why it is the new currency
Old currencies are exhausted:

• Oil and gas — dependency, not respect
• Nuclear arsenal — fear, not trust
• The dollar — a tool of control, not freedom
• Cultural export — Hollywood is no longer a monopoly

Good Will is reputational capital. Like any currency, it accumulates, circulates, depreciates when abused. But unlike money — it cannot be printed. It can only be earned.
