This feature is designed to help you identify potentially unreliable fans and scammers. The functionality is also driven by Big Data, allowing you to spot fans who are at a higher risk of requesting a refund.
The alert appears as soon as a fan makes a chargeback request, displaying the percentage of how much they’ve charged back relative to their total spending.
The Fans Overview Switch allows you to seamlessly toggle between Creator and Agency data, giving you a more detailed view of each fan's spending behavior.
For Agencies, this feature provides the ultimate visibility into fan spending patterns, helping you focus on the high-value fans and engage them as a first priority.
Meet Buying Power, the first-ever feature of its kind in the OFM community! This truly disruptive functionality, fueled by Big Data, ensures that those who aren’t leveraging data insights will be left far behind.
With Buying Power, you gain a clear view of each fan's purchasing potential, rated from 0 to 5 based on their purchase history. This feature allows you to instantly identify whether a fan is a “Time Waster” or a “Whale,” enabling you to focus on those who generate the highest revenue.
Since the assessment of buying potential is AI-driven, each fan’s value will still be evaluated even if there are no content purchases to date within the creator or agency.
The feature can be enabled with a special permission.
