🚨Chargeback Alert

This feature is designed to help you identify potentially unreliable fans and scammers. The functionality is also driven by Big Data, allowing you to spot fans who are at a higher risk of requesting a refund.

The alert appears as soon as a fan makes a chargeback request, displaying the percentage of how much they’ve charged back relative to their total spending.
