For those unfamiliar, the Music Room is a dedicated space in our sport complex where anyone can come and play instruments. To gain access, just use our bot @InnoMusicRoomBot — it’s that easy!

🚀 Major Improvements in Parsing and Event Source Details

We're excited to share some significant updates to our CI for parsing schedules, electives, and sports events!

What’s new? 🤔
• Improved parsing reliability: We've covered tons of edge cases and written tests for them, ensuring much more robust handling.
• Hourly runs with notifications: Our parsers now run every hour, notifying us if something goes wrong.
• Real-time tracking: You can also track how the process is running directly on GitHub Actions.

Academic Week Number 📖
As well you can now view the current academic week number on the calendar, helping you keep track of important academic deadlines and events.

Information about the event sources 🗓
Now, when you click on events in the calendar, you will see the source of the information (such as Google Sheets or sport website) and the last time it was updated. This helps easily verify the source and understand how recent the information is.

Just a quick heads-up ✔️
In addition to these updates, the following personal events are also shown in the calendar on the website:

• Your sports check-ins
• Your music room bookings
• Your Moodle deadlines (when the extension is installed)

🎉 Moodle deadlines are now on InNoHassle!

We’re thrilled to announce that the user Dashboard in InNoHassle will now feature deadlines and assignments from Moodle directly in your calendar, provided you've installed our extension! 🔥

How to enable: 🔘
1. Log in to InNoHassle
2. Install browser extension
3. Login to Moodle (with extension enabled)
4. Deadlines will be shown on Dashboard

Once you've completed these steps, everything will work automatically! Enjoy staying organized and on top of your tasks 🚀

I believe no.

DoE has accepted our initiative to remove "joined the group" and "left the group" messages, so that only important messages are shown. Now you won't get a lot of annoying notifications every semester.

Chat Cleaner bot was added to every chat created by Moodle moderator. It is hosted in IU to ensure confidentiality.

Our members took part in freshers bootcamp by organizing some activities and providing services.

Firstly, freshers used our InNoHassle Schedule website every day to check plans for the day and find interesting workshops.

Secondly, we have conducted a workshop to present our community and tell about services we've made. Thank you all for coming 💕

The classes schedule and groups distribution are uploaded to InNoHassle. You can now see your schedule of core courses, electives (BS3 only), sports and cleaning. You can see your own schedule on Dashboard page 📆

Check out your schedule on innohassle.ru website:
• Visit your Dashboard page.
• Explore all schedules and add some of them to favorites.
• Hide or unhide schedules on Dashboard.
• Export group schedules to external calendar app (Google Calendar or Apple Calendar).

⬆️ InnoBootCamp 2024 has been started!

A new academic year is coming and new people are coming to our university. And we've prepared for bootcamp — website has bootcamp activities, and freshers can use InNoHassle to check their busy schedule on that week.

By the way, we are holding an introductory presentation for freshers (we will be glad to see everyone, not only freshers):

We are also finally presenting you with our new service — Rooms Bot. It helps roommates to manage and track common tasks, duties, and rules. Create a room and invite your roommates! ✉️

But it is not the only one among our innovations, you like to welcome — a browser extension InNoHassle tools. The main features are auto-login to Moodle and quick access to important IU sites 🔥

We are also working on a Search engine, it is designed to simplify the routine of finding information over Moodle and other places. Search engine uses AI to index documents and quickly respond with relevant info 🧠
