An ongoing Deal Dispute between Tier and Arex over a ~$50 domain has both sides digging in.
The setup: 50/50 partnership on @Spending — Arex handling development, Tier handling marketing & operations, with all costs and profits split down the middle. The domain fell under that: Arex bought it and counted it into the shared costs Tier owed half of, but Tier never got around to sending his half.
Arex's side: He found and paid for the domain himself, Tier never paid his half, and it was never launched under or used publicly, so it's his.
Tier's side:
It was bought for the project under the 50/50 deal, confirmed as "our domain". He's ready to pay his half to get it back.
