How to setup region scoping in meshcore. Repeater owners will soon be limiting packets that are not “region scoped” to only a few hops to control network congestion. This is not enabled yet but now is a great time to become familiar with how region scoping works.

Region scoping will define a geographic area for your packets to circulate. You can set a different scope for each chat group you are in.
