Just a couple of days to go! Here’s everything you need to know before we head to Artashat this Sunday.

If you filled in the registration form while it was open, you’re registered. We don’t send separate confirmation emails: submitting the form was your confirmation, and we have you on our list.

SCHEDULE

09:15 Gathering and check-in at Nike Store, Northern Avenue 10/1
09:30 We leave the store and head to the buses. Please arrive before 09:30 so we can check everyone in and leave together.
~10:15 Arrival at Artashat City Stadium, with time to change and get ready
10:30–11:05 NRC welcome + training session and talk with Yervand Mkrtchyan
11:05–11:15 Race briefing, bibs and preparation with NRC and Yerevan Run
11:15–12:45 800m heats
After the race Awards and group photo

We expect to leave Artashat at around 13:15. Depending on how the races and awards go, we should be back in Yerevan sometime around 14:00–14:30. Please treat these as estimates rather than exact departure and arrival times.

Our friends from Yerevan Run are helping us organise the racing part. Everyone has been assigned a bib number and a heat in advance based on the results you provided during registration. We’ll give you your number and explain the race procedure before the first start, then call each heat when it’s time to race.

A quick note about the transfer: if you selected the free NRC transfer in the registration form, you are on our bus list. If you did not register for the transfer, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation to and from Artashat. We won’t be able to add extra passengers to the buses on Sunday.

Registration for the 800m race and the NRC transfer is now closed. But if you missed registration and still want to join the training session with Yervand, you can come to Artashat independently. Please message Serge at @sergechagall beforehand so we can add you to the training list.

Մնացել է ընդամենը մի քանի օր։ Ահա այն ամենը, ինչ պետք է իմանաք կիրակի Արտաշատ մեկնելուց առաջ։

Եթե գրանցման ձևը բաց լինելու ընթացքում լրացրել և ուղարկել եք այն, դուք գրանցված եք։ Մենք առանձին հաստատման նամակներ չենք ուղարկում. ձևն ուղարկելը ձեր գրանցման հաստատումն է, և դուք արդեն մեր ցուցակում եք։

09:15 Հավաք և գրանցման ստուգում՝ Nike Store-ում, Հյուսիսային պողոտա 10/1
09:30 Դուրս ենք գալիս խանութից և միասին շարժվում դեպի ավտոբուսները։ Խնդրում ենք գալ մինչև 09:30, որպեսզի հասցնենք ստուգել բոլորի գրանցումը և միասին շարժվել։
~10:15 Ժամանում Արտաշատի քաղաքային մարզադաշտ, ժամանակ՝ հագուստը փոխելու և պատրաստվելու համար
10:30–11:05 NRC-ի ողջույն + մարզում և զրույց Երվանդ Մկրտչյանի հետ
11:05–11:15 Մրցման հրահանգավորում, մեկնարկային համարների տրամադրում և նախապատրաստում NRC-ի և Yerevan Run-ի հետ
11:15–12:45 800 մետր վազքի մեկնարկներ
Մրցումից հետո Պարգևատրում և ընդհանուր լուսանկար

Նախատեսում ենք Արտաշատից մեկնել մոտավորապես 13:15-ին։ Կախված մրցումների և պարգևատրման ընթացքից՝ Երևան կվերադառնանք մոտավորապես 14:00–14:30-ի սահմաններում։ Խնդրում ենք այս ժամերը դիտարկել որպես մոտավոր, այլ ոչ թե ճշգրիտ մեկնման և ժամանման ժամանակներ։

Մրցման կազմակերպման հարցում մեզ օգնում են մեր ընկերները Yerevan Run-ից։ Գրանցման ժամանակ ձեր նշած արդյունքների հիման վրա յուրաքանչյուր մասնակցի համար նախապես որոշվել են մեկնարկային համարը և խումբը։ Մրցումից առաջ կտրամադրենք ձեր համարը, կբացատրենք ընթացակարգը, իսկ հետո հերթով կհրավիրենք յուրաքանչյուր խմբին մեկնարկի։

Կարևոր տեղեկություն տրանսֆերի մասին. եթե գրանցման ձևում ընտրել եք NRC-ի անվճար տրանսֆերը, դուք մեր ավտոբուսի ցուցակում եք։ Եթե տրանսֆերի համար չեք գրանցվել, պետք է ինքնուրույն կազմակերպեք ձեր ճանապարհը դեպի Արտաշատ և վերադարձը։ Կիրակի օրը ավտոբուսներում լրացուցիչ ուղևորներ ավելացնել չենք կարողանա։

800 մետր մրցման և NRC-ի տրանսֆերի գրանցումն արդեն փակ է։ Բայց եթե չեք հասցրել գրանցվել և դեռ ցանկանում եք միանալ Երվանդի հետ մարզմանը, կարող եք ինքնուրույն գալ Արտաշատ։ Նախապես գրեք Սերժին Telegram-ում՝ @sergechagall, որպեսզի ձեզ ավելացնենք մարզման մասնակիցների ցուցակում։
